We accept: Direct Bank Transfer, Bank Deposit, and Credit Card.

Payment is expected within 3 business days. We may cancel your order if payment is not received within 3 business days.

Direct bank transfer payment may take up to 2 business days to show up in our account.

Returns/Refund Policy

Here at Anime Fairyland, we want your shopping experience to be the best it can be. However, we realize that a small percentage of our customers may occasionally wish to return merchandise for a refund. The following explains our refund and return polices for the various merchandise and services that we offer:

Please contact us within 7 days after you have received your parcel.
Returns are processed within 7 business days of receiving your package.
Refunds can only be issued to your original payment method upon receipt of the returned items in original unused condition.
Shipping is non-refundable.
Product Packaging: It is inevitable that the product packaging box may be damaged during transportation. If the product packaging box is damaged but the product inside is intact, we will not accept refunds initiated solely due to damage to the product packaging box.
Note:
1. Due to variations in monitors and lighting effects, the actual color may slightly differ from the pictures.
2. Please allow a measurement error of 1-3 centimeters due to manual measurements.
